Open PARs from built-in Explorer

Would it be possible to add an extra item in the menu in the built-in explorer to open PAR files inside alt.binz. If that's too much, maybe allow drag and dropping PAR files onto the PAR2 tab? Basically some way to make the built-in explorer more useful for things like that.

Drag&drop par2 files is now allowed onto par2 tab.
