Small par2 file doesn't move to top of queue when loading a PAR2 volume NZB

When loading an NZB that contains PAR2 volumes separately from an NZB containing archives, the small par2 file is not moved to the top of the collection queue automatically; it has to be moved manually.

Step by step with results and then what is expected

Let's say I do a search with Binsearch. An archive I wish to download shows up as two separate hits. One contains the RAR archives, and the other contains the PAR2 volume set.

Upon loading the larger of the two, I notice that there is no PAR2 information in the collection. I then have to load the matching PAR2 volume NZB. When it is added to the same collection queue as the RAR archive set, the small par2 does not currently move to the top of the collection queue with the "Move small par2 file in front of the queue" setting enabled.

This results in the small par2 not being processed as the download occurs. If the "Move small par2 file in front of the queue" setting is enabled, I expect the small par2 to be moved to the top of the collection queue as soon as it is added to the existing collection.
