Title: 0.31.6 Pausing Doesn't Work When Using Scheduler

I have alt binz on two comps, one is windows xp and one is windows 7 x64.  I've found that on both, when I have Scheduler running (I use it at 30% during the day), when I hit pause, nothing happens.  The client keeps downloading at the same rate.  When I don't have Scheduler clicked, if I hit pause it works just fine.

yeah the schedueler overrides manual speedlimits aswell as the pausing which is the same as speedlimit 0%...
