0.36.0 Can't handle very long *.nzb name
« on: March 03, 2011, 12:34:57 am »
When configured to name the directory with the name of the *.nzb, a very long *.nzb name may cause problems.  Of course, a workaround is just to shorten the *.nzb name when importing it into alt.binz.  This may not be considered a "bug", but more of a user proofing issue.

Thanks to all,

This isn't a bug, but a well-known issue with the Windows max path of 255 chars, much-discussed elsewhere in the forum (plz search).  Alt.Binz doesn't handle this very gracefully, though.  I suggest addressing this via a request in the Requests forum instead.

As this doesn't need to be tracked as a bug:
