A week or two again for no apparent reason, alt.binz stopped unraring (or joining split files) anything even though it's set to and I've tried different versions as well as different settings. It's also started making some weird folders in the download directory like "2af92b51e0147587a369fd7108d4d026" and "4b10578a285d08fdfcdbfd39fa166733" with hexadecimal names which contain files like "part.2, part.3, part.4, part.5, part.6."

First, try restarting Alt.Binz to see if decoding and par2 checking resumes. Those folders are perfectly normal: they hold the temporary files to be yEnc decoded to your dl folder when complete (they should be in your configured temp folder though).
Please check your (detailed) Log for messages related to decoding and par2 checking.
If all else fails, clear out your temp folder, your current queue and all queue files in your user dir, plus anything on the par2 tab and in your dl folder, and retry.

Oh yeah I guess those weird folders are cause I changed the temp directory while troubleshooting. I did what you said on the third line, but I might have found the problem. In the par2 tab, I have about 500 lines and each set is: unlabeled, 0.00KB, 0/0 blocks, 0 files, 0 bytes block size. When I try to delete these par sets nothing is happening.
Also, when I deleted the queue directory in the settings I am now getting an error at startup: "Cannot create file [...]\Alt.binz\misc\par2.exe. The process cannot access the file because it's being used by another process" among others like an access violation when I close it.
I did everything else in that line except purge the par2 list and tried to dl something and once again it failed to unrar. Last line in the log is "Yenc file blah.r11 decoded in 94ms" and then nothing about unrar.

Okay I managed to fix it is was due to the huge ass list of blank par sets. I deleted the parinfo.abz (or whatever it's called) from the misc directory in appdata and rebooted and now unrar works.

i have the same EXACT issue. going to try this

Same issue, also going to try the solution posted above.

Ok, since i can't edit my last post anymore :/
Closing the program, deleting "parinfo.abz" and restarting alt.binz solved the problem :)
Thanks somestranger26 ;)

Same problem here. My file is here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=T7JMC3BN
First happened after a crash, which somehow screwed my altbinz settings.
Works after deleting the file ! Thanks to somestranger26
