access violation during start
« on: April 15, 2007, 02:02:09 am »
I'm getting this:

Code: [Select]
[14.04.2007 22:48:08] [Dec] Exception Access violation at address 005B9602 in module 'altbinz.exe'. Write of address 333130B8
[14.04.2007 22:48:08] [Dec] Firstpart=1;NumOfParts=421;Encoding=Yenc;Outputdir=D:\AltBinz\Done\The Prince of Egypt;OutputdirExists;Size=107903653;Expandingfile;FreeSpace=74646810624;TempFileCreated;1;2;3;4;5;

It happens reproducably every time I start alt.binz. As a result of this exception the download queue is empty, although it shouldn't. What can I do? I'd be willing to run a test version, if you want to make one. Maybe madExcept (which is free for non-commercial usage) could help tracking down this exception?

Thanks!

That one is already fixed. It will happen if there are files in queue to be decoded when you exit alt.binz and then enter

Ah, that makes sense! And decoding stopped because of the Anti Virus problem. Nasty combination, those two problems...   :twisted:

Anyway, got the problem worked around by just importing the same nzb file again.
