I am having the same problem, it used to work fine and for the last while I have had many (no, not all) that will not unrar.
I check the PAR tab and it says "Repair failed" by them, quick par is able to repair them and winrar unrars them.

it is a little annoying but it's not driving me nuts or anything.

and when it dos this it deletes the par files which is starting to get annoying.
alt.binz thinks it extracted and deletes the par file when I have it set not to delete them, the rars are left alone but the pars are gone.
I watched it download last evening and it got the par files, it wasn't able to extract and then it deleted them.

I re-downloaded the pars this morning, quickpar had no trouble fixing the set and it extracted with no problems.

I'm also having a problem with auto unrar. It used to work fine but hasn't worked in the last few versions I've tried. It's starting to get annoying. It is all downloads, whether they need repairing or not.

Auto Unrar is enabled, the small par2 file is not imported as paused, and par2 checking is enabled.

There are no new downloads under the par2 tab though, just three old ones, from a few months ago. Of those, two have ticks over the winrar logo, one does not.

Anything I can try to remedy the situation?
