Title: Alt.Binz responds very slow on high download rates

Hi there,

I've a fast internet connection. On connection rates over 10 MB/s apps's ui responds very slow, up to a minute until a click brings about an effect, at 12MB/s or more usage is impossible until download finishes or I plug out network cable. If I limit the connection to 8.000 KB/s everything's fine. Other applications 're not effected, Alt.Binz's CPU usage is about 20 to 30%. This behaviour's not new, same problem since at least a year.

My current version is 0.39.8, I'm using Win 7 64 bit, 8 GB RAM, i7 quad core.

Known issue. 0.4x series will focus on fixing this.

BTW, it would help a lot if you could pinpoint last previous version that doesn't have this problem.

i also have a speed problem on the free version i get my max speed of 450kb's and now on 0.39.9 im download between 10 and 20 kb's

just restard my pc and install everything over and worked like a bomb thanks all is fix on my side now
