Par2 and rar files remain in a temp folders

Ever now and then after a par2 file is downloaded it just seems to disappear. All the rar files and par2 file remain in the temp folder and I have to go manually get the files and place them in a folder and then import the par2 file for it to unrar them. Here is a log file where it says it can not create a dir. Any ideas.

Maybe whole path+filename was >255 chars. Try manualy creating path+file in exlorer or totalcommander and you'll se the problem.

Edit: For some reason download dir for that nzb was not set, it was empty

No, that's not it. What is your download dir and do you have create subdir based on nzb name set? Also did you changed download path for that release? Somehow download dir was set to empty.

The download dir is "F:\Newsgroup Download\alt.binz". I have "create subfolder based on archive name" checked. I was using a daily build from the 15th. Last night I got the build from the 19th. I've downloaded around 6 things this morning and have not had a problem.
