Title: Auto Import NZB

Noticed with 0.27.0 that when you first start the application it will import from the folder with the nzbs but if you place a new set of nzbs in the folder it does not import. I have to restart the application for it to import.

Left it there for varying time periods longest being 10 minutes just to see if I was impatient but it did not import.

Will import new .nzb files but if they are in a .rar container it will not import. If I try to manually import it gives me access violation error. If I restart alt.binz it will import.
