Autounrar works, but Rars are not deleted

I have a different temp folder than my download folder. Unraring to the finished folder works, but the files are still in the temp folder afterwards. Folder structure is like this:

Default Download Folder: D:\Downloads\Usenet Temp
Autounrar to folder: D:\Downloads\Usenet Temp\Finished

Par and Rar stuff works, but the rar files are then not deleted.

0.26.1 atm, havent tried the .2 version yet.

Wait, there are 3 important folders:

temp folder
download folder
unrar folder

Are you saying temp files are not removed from temp folder when decoded to download folder? Or downloaded(decoded) files are not deleted when unrared to unrar folder?

Sorry for being unclear, I meant the default download folder and the unrar folder. The rars are not being deleted after they have been unrared to the default download folder.

Problem is, I just dowloaded some random rar file to test the behaviour - and of course it worked and was deleted. So now I am not sure what could have caused it - I definately had it on more than one file, it was about 6 or 7 folders wirh rar files left, all of them being bigger than 300mb. For now, if you haven't experienced it yourself I am a bit lost how I cuold try and reproduce it, but I will post again if it reoccurs.
