Browse groups dropdown doesn't resize

I can't seem to resize the browse groups dropdown menu when the Newzleech tab is selected. I use a fairly large font in Windows Vista, so all I can see is alt.binaries. for each group, and the rest is chopped off!

Can it be fixed please?

Update: the issue is related to having a higher DPI setting in Vista. I have mine set to 120 DPI. When reduced to the default of 96 DPI I regain the ability to resize the dropdown.
