I can't get binz to keep running at all on my system. There are many other faults in my log, but you get the picture. By the way, this is the latest version available to the public. .25. Gotta move back to NewsRover for now. Program has potential.

I use Window 2000 Professional with a 10K IDE hard drive. ATI Raideon card in it. 2gig. I run Office 07, Photoshop CS3 and a whole slew of good programs that apparently never have a problem.

If this news client was as stable as Newsrover, I'd pay a reasonable price for it just like I have been with Newsrover for a couple years now. Leaving my computer for the day, thinking when I get home I'll have most of the queue gone only to find a crashed machine is a bad feeling.

Alt.Binz *is* stable on the supported operating systems. Look through the rest of the threads in this forum for yourself. I doubt very much that Windows 2000 will be supported any time in the future. I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish by posting here. Newsrover works well for you, so ... stick with that?
