Title: Cleanup doesn't remove deleted files from the PAR2 list

Hi!

I deleted a file from the download directory manually and then clicked "Cleanup" in the PAR2 list, but this wouldn't remove it from the list. Only right-clicking and selecting "Delete" did the trick.

clean up is mean to erase properly processed (repaired/unrared) par2 sets... the problem is if u use the nzb play then there is no formal unrar so the par2 set and one (used?) rar are left behind, thus altbinz doesn't recognize the par2 set as properly processed...
