Title: Failed to unrar
Post by: BlackFly on January 22, 2013, 04:31:01 pm
I imported a nzb, renamed the collection, set the rar-password and started the download.
Everything seems to be fine but after completion of the download alt.binz 0.39.9 does not unrar the files. In the log i have the following:
Quote
[22.01.2013 16:23:03] [PAR2&Unrar] "D:\Upload\4pi9iiqv4rk659q7.par2\4pi9iiqv4rk659q7.part01.rar" unrar failed - file doesnt exist
[22.01.2013 16:23:03] [PAR2&Unrar] "D:\Upload\4pi9iiqv4rk659q7.par2\4pi9iiqv4rk659q7.part01.rar" unrar failed
4pi9iiqv4rk659q7.par2 is the "old collection name" and the files are in the a folder with the "new collection name", both folders are existing on my hdd but the old one is nearly empty. All rars are in the new folder, only one par2 is in the old folder

Then it didn't go as described in your first sentence. You obviously first downloaded par2 file, then paused, then renamed.

I checked the tickbox in the settings: import as paused on dbl click

I did not started the download, i renamed the collection and started the download

between these both lines i renamed the collection, therefore was approx 30 sec no action
I think the i set the passwort later but i did not startet the download before i renamed the collection

You need to describe exactly how you renamed the collection. Was there new form or not? (setup->UI-> Use dialog while renaming.... checked or not)

not checked

I tried it and works as expected. Unless I can reproduce the bug there is no way I can fix it.

OK, i tested a little bit and i think i found the problem:
The Collection is imported as paused with the name "old"
Now i do a rightclick on the collection and select rename
Now i type the name "new"
Now i press Enter, the collection is unpaused and start downloading but is not renamed, the collectionname is still highlighted and editable
I have to click somewhere in the window and then the collection is renamed to "new". All the downloaded files until this click is in the folder "old" and all the files downloaded after this click is in the folder "new"

I think the alternative dialog will fix this behavior - yes, confirmed

Detailed explaination, but I still can't reproduce.

Setup->UI->Dbl click toggles expand/collapes....    checked or not?

Does changing this option do anything regarding the bug?

Setup->UI->Dbl click toggles expand/collapes....    checked, also same behavior if not checked
setup->UI-> Use dialog while renaming.... not checked if checked no problem

The problem is that the download starts/unpause with enter but the collection is not renamed if you don't click somewhere (if doalog is not used, if you use the dialog enter will close the dialog and rename the collection and will not start/unpause the collection)

No, I undrstand you. However I can not reproduce it. Once I enter rename mode and press enter nothing unusual happens. It just exist edit mode and does nothing to pause/unpause state of the collection.
