Not sure what you need, let me know and I'll try to help.
Effectively, the files are all there, just all of the names are scrambled with random strings and no extensions. So alt.binz isn't recognizing the .par2 file, and therefore it's not downloaded first and loaded in the par2 engine to check/rename the files as they are downloaded.
Once the package downloads, you can go into the folder, and just look for the smallest file (it's usually ~20-40 kb or so), manually add .par2 extension to it, and then run your par2 program by double-clicking that file and the rest of the files will be checked and renamed.
