...if a queue's download folder is moved to another drive, the free diskspace size is still showing the default download location drive. So it wont unpack/repair if the disk space is too low, although on the other drive is plenty of GB free.

Hmm, then I assume the reverse is also true: that the download will fail (rather than pause) if there isn't enough space on the non-default drive?
