'Quasi-Split' files with only a single part are not moved to UnRAR directory

While single part (*.001 only) split are now renamed as of altbinz 0.38.1, they are not moved to the UnRAR directory ('Joined file moved') like other split files when UnRAR is enabled.

This is on WinXP SP3 x86 and all versions of altbinz >=0.38.1.
