Imported NZB files not paused alt.binz 0.28.4 Vista 64-bit

I would like to have imported NZB files (i.e from Binsearch web site "Create NZB" button) to be paused.  I have selected this on the NZB options screen. stopped and restarted alt.binz

this used to happen on my old computer, so its either the new version of alt.binz of new version of OS.

alt.binz 0.28.4
OS  Vista Home Premium SP1 64-bit.

this means I have alt.binz copied into the c:/Program Files (x86)

You mean 'Import as paused on dbl click'? Working fine here with 0.28.4.  Make sure that Vista is actually saving your settings properly.  If you can't be bothered to debug UAC and user/virtual folders, just move Alt.binz folder out of Program Files.

On the other hand, why don't you just use the Alt.Binz Binsearch tab?

hmmm .... moved it out of Program Files (x86).  triied again.  still not loading NZB paused.  I do use the binsearch tab as well as the binsearch web site to "browse newsgroups".  Sometimes Vista just makes me crazy, previous computer from which I copied the configuration was XP.  New computer, new OS, new problems ... arghh.  Tempted to turn UAC off.

I don't know if moving from Program Files (x86) would alleviate any 64-bit Windows issues.
