Hello,
I'm using alt.binz 0.39.11 (last one). All worked fine when I installed it on previous version.

Yesterday I've updated some softs on my computer running Windows 8 x64 (Comodo Firewall, Avast, Java x86, Java x64, Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash Player).
Since these updates, Status Bar stays always grey if I use "No Limit" in the "Current Bandwidth Limiter". If I choose something else (90%, 80%, ....), Status Bar becomes blue as it must be. And it seems that BandWidth is not very stable. As if I'd choosen to Limit bandwidth.

I thought there was something wrong, so I've deleted all files in "App Data" in Alt.Binz directory and started another copy of alt.Binz. After configuring again all my settings, same thing.
Is alt.Binz using Flash, Java or .... and this malfunction could be caused by updating Java, or.... ?

Regards

(grrrr... Why can't I update my previous post...)
So to resume (sorry for my bad english) :
When No Limit is selected:
1. Progess bar are never updated (color, progress bar itself and bandwidth in the progress bar)
2. bandwidth displayed near "No Limit" option doesn't seem to be stable. Same thing for graph.

My bet would be Comodo or Avast.

It would me possible for "bug" 2 but how these softs can interfer with "bug" 1?

EDIT: You're right. I've disabled Comodo... nothing changed. But if I disabled Avast, everything return to normal. Thx

Look for option that scan traffic and try to disable it for altbinz

Not necessary. Don't know what's happened but... First I've disabled All Components for Avast. I've seen Alt.Binz was working like a charm. So I've re-enabled ALL for Avast and Alt.Binz was still working.
Don't understand what's happened. I will see if after rebooting my Pc, it still works.

Just to give you last information about "this issue".

I can't say now that this issue with Avast is recurrent. Don't know what happens but can't solve it. I uninstalled Avast and replace it by BiteDefender. No problem with this one.
Thank you for your job and have a nice day.

PS : I know that I'm not on the good thread but is there a way to display "Current Bandwidth Limit" with same display mode as "Current Speed"?
