No activity anymore, seems like

Recently i am having a problem that it looks like there is no download activity anymore.
The status screen shows it's connected & Authenticated, but status says: 0 kB/s
The strange thing is though that the progress bar behind the file i am downloading still progresses, so it's still downloading.
Only the status screen at the bottom is not updating anymore.
It happens after a while of downloading not straight away both on XSnews as on Giganews, so i guess not news provider related.
Using Vista 64 bit, using version 0.28.5 and posting also a pic....

Thanks for the quick reply, i'll check it.
Maybe it's a good idea to also put text in the progress bar, just like when u click on expanding.
Text like decoding or something...
