Title: not maximizing from taskbar

Sometimes it takes multiple presses to get the program to open from the taskbar even when the program is already running. It will show an active icon/ then go inactive and after cycling thru this it opens after a time.
This has been present on the last few versions. I'm on x64 on w8.1

So, when you say multiple presses to open from the taskbar where exactly do you press if it's minimized in tray? On tray icon or on pinned shortcut in taskbar? The second one starts new instance which detects previous one and tries to maximize it. Known problem is that sometime it takes few seconds to do it - haven't figured out why.
