I have tried using nzb play for the first time today while downloading. I use VLC 0.8.6f. and Alt.Binz 0.27.2. After I pressed Ctrl+W my display in the queue went crazy (Size -1.903.465.341KB / Status 133226% ). All files with status decoding stopped at 98%
davidq666 says it happens when you try to use nzb play while a file is being decoded. Maybe davidq666 can discribe that a little more in detail
