Odd behavior restoring from Tray
« on: June 06, 2011, 03:45:18 pm »
In WinXP SP3 x86, when restoring Alt.Binz from tray, it restores in what appears to be a 3-step process instead of just 1-step as it should be.

In the last couple revisions, clicking on the tray will cause the following to happen:
Alt.binz window restored for a split-second.
Alt.binz is minimized to taskbar for a split-second.
Alt.binz is restored from the taskbar.

Restoring from tray still works, but this 3-step process feels unneeded and take slightly longer to complete. Unfortunately I can't off-hand remember which revision this started with. If needed I can go back and check.

This is already reported and known about, and I gather is a temporary measure until a better solution is found to fix probs others were having on less awesome OSes.

I agree that it's slightly irritating. :)
