do you have set "retry count" ?

i guess that every file is missing one part (that means exactly 5%). That happend to me a while ago with giga myself.
Just the first part of each file is missing then. If you have set a retry count it will try to redownload those missing parts, so every file stays at 95%.

the Log should tell you that.

set retrycount to 0 and restart alt.binz and try to repair it with par2 files (maybe you have to do this yourself cus par2 might not work in alt.binz in that case). It is possible that there are not enough par2 files for you to repair :(

Newzbin ReportID 'n5w85' (3002619) got a DMCA takedown notice sent to Giganews, who then ran a job that removed all 1 of * articles.  If only GN is used, the post is recoverable using 25/43 recovery blocks.  If alt.binz doesn't repair this post automatically then alt.binz needs more work.  If a backup server with more than 60 days retention is configured then no repair is needed.
