It seems to me that since v44.2 Par2 repair has changed.
I have the option to capitalize broken files turned on when downloading. Previously when broken files were repaired, they would be renamed to match the case in the original posting (99.9% of the time lower or at least mixed case). Now the files are being fixed, but the repaired version is left named in all-caps, and the old broken file is named according to the original posting with a ".1" extension appended.
The reason this is an issue for me is that I use a search tool on my download folder that is able to search files based on case, and I have it set to display a live window of "*.RAR", so that I can quickly see if any downloads were not correctly repaired. This happens occasionally if the 0-byte .par2 file was broken or missing, and then the Par2 checking/repairing doesn't get done automatically, so I have to go and download another .Par2 file manually to initiate the check/repair.
So with this change, I am not able to use this tool anymore as the search window now shows a whole list of capitalized files, most of which were fixed, but some of which were not, and I can't pick those out.
Can this be looked at please? It only seems to have started since v44.2, 44.1 and before renamed the files properly after the repair was completed.
