i've noticed from time to time that a repair fails because of to little repairblocks even though alt.binz has calculated and unpaused the necessary blocks itself. in these cases the source of the misstake seems to be the following: when calculating the necessary blocks it calculates the missing blocks block by block but when repairing it seems only to distinguish between found and missing files and all files with missing blocks are counted as missing and all blocks of the missig file are counted as missing to. I've searched through the logs and found an example:
