Title: performance problem

Hello,
just pgraded to 0.39.4 :
on 0.39.4 i get 100% cpu on both cores - intel atom 1.5 (HP Microserver - windows 2008R2 x64)
max download speed around 3 Mbytes/sec.

restored 0.39.3 speed now 3.9Mbytes/sec on 65-75% cpu

I'll stay on 0.39.3 for now

Can you confirm that one more time, but make sure you're using same nzb.
