Phpar2 Version 1.3 is falsely recognised as corrupt?

PHPar is with full blocks detected as not repairable. Par2 has no problems recognising that no problem is present.
was pressed for time, thats why no more information for now.

The Log says everything is all right, but Download wasnt extracted and in the par2-tab download has status "repair failed".

On the right side you see par2-result: Repair not needed, on the left you see part of the par2-tab-entry.
