Title: Phpar2 Version 1.3 is falsely recognised as corrupt?

PHPar is with full blocks detected as not repairable. Par2 has no problems recognising that no problem is present.
was pressed for time, thats why no more information for now.

The Log says everything is all right, but Download wasnt extracted and in the par2-tab download has status "repair failed".

PS: I am a software engineer, but I was not able to figure out how to attach an image from local disk to this post. "Attachments and other options" there are some options, but no upload-button. thats why here a link to the image, which I had to post on tinypic:

On the right side you see par2-result: Repair not needed, on the left you see part of the par2-tab-entry.
