Problem in PAR tab

If I try to delete any par from par tab it became shaded, and it didn't deleted.
Also PAR's from download isn't automatically added, and I can't add them manually.

And upon a restart of program, every time I get same 2 par imported in par tab.

Version of alt.binz is 0.39.9
