Selected (Move on top)

When i use the Move on Top function then this selection is going downloading immediatly before the others in the downliad list.
That is working oke i think.
When i look at the complete download then all files are incomplete.
This is only happend when i use the move on top function.

I think that has nothing to do with the move on top function.
it seems more like the nzb is not uploaded completly
