Title: unrar failed - auto-repair/unrar stops on other archives too
Post by: flu on May 09, 2007, 04:07:55 am
I noticed that the auto-repair/unrar function stops when it once failed.
It wont try to unrar other (completely downloaded) archives.

Checked the log and all I found was:
Quote
[07.05.2007 09:01:14] [PAR2&Unrar] F:\selected reports 20070506-120538\\info-page.htm already exists - unraring aborted
[07.05.2007 09:01:14] [PAR2&Unrar] "f:\selected reports 20070506-120538\Straße zur Hölle - pnm.part01.rar" unrar failed

there is enough disk space and the other files before that one were okay.
is it because of the german umlauts? and why does it stop completely?

[edit] after restart of the app, it worked properly again. but it looks like a bug ;)[/edit]

All I can see from those two lines is that unraring of Straße zur Hölle - pnm.part01.rar failed cause it contained info-page.htm which already existed on unrar location, and since you don't have overwrite on unrar checked it's perfectly normal behaviour.

okay, understand that.

but why does it fail nor even try on all the archives after this one?
