0.31.3 and Linux Wine

I run Ubuntu 9.04 and Wine version 1.1.35.

The only way to remove the running occurence of altbinz is to end the process.

Minimise, close etc simply do not work.

If I revert to the previous version of altbinz, full control is restored.
