Dont know if it is a bug or feature
If i start a download and a server is not available, it tries to get connected again and again - this is ok (maybe there should be a counter until it stops)
But it still tries to get connected although i disabled or/and paused the not working threads.
In that case the number of "started" fileparts gets not finished until i disconnect and connect again, with disabled defect server threads.
a special and rare problem, but should be solved i think
