Title: Window resize buttons don't glow properly

Yeah, I know this bug is pretty unimportant, but there's no harm in making the best usenet program slightly better, right? :)

Basically, when I hover my mouse over the Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons at the top-right of the alt.binz window, the buttons don't glow. They just flicker briefly when the mouse is moved. I'm using Vista 64-bit. No other applications I use do this.
