Title: Windows 11 Pro Slow speeds Build 0.47.3.6

I noticed when not focusing on the main Alt.Binz application. The speeds slow down dramatically. Only when I have the application showing in front of me . It utilizes my whole internet connection. Not sure what Microsoft has implemented to QOS apps to slow speeds when not focused on the main window.
