Starting to get really anoying, in 0.31.3 it only happened like once a week now it happens just about every second time I run alt.binz

The minimise button on the top bar will not work and when that happens most the other buttons such as setup will open the realtek sound controller instead or the setup page which is stupid since its a completly diffent app.

Then when I close the realtek control pannel and exit it from the task manager every thing starts working fine again.

I have W7 64bit, and have been beating the app up most of the night, and have had no issues.  Do you have a keyboard shortcut setup which launches the Realtek application?  Does it sit in your SysTray; if so a shortcut could exist?  I agree with you, it is strange that an event within the app would launch another application.  Unless of coarse a script exists to perform such action.  Do you have any other applications running?  Try only having Alt.Binz running and try to duplicate issue.

No short cut key. Yes it sits in the system tray when ever windows boots up.
Still does it with everything closed including explorer and only the bear min running in taskmanager.

Can reprduce it easly.
Open alt.binz
use - to send to tray.
dubble click tray icon to bring back to screen.
use - to send to tray again
dubble click tray icon to bring back.

eather this time it does as said with buttons no longer working and bringing up realtek.
Or it keeps working.

If it keeps working I just have to quit alt.binz and bring it up again then repeat steeps and its like 90% chance that it will happen that time.
On my notebook with win7 it does the same but that I dont have realtek it doesnt bring it up just all the buttons dont work.

Ah, I am not using SendToTray feature; don't see the need.  I have the app pinned to taskbar, so it takes up no extra space when I minimize.  That may be why I have not noticed this issue.

Every time I try to download a file, they stay at "Decoding", CPU usage rises, memory rises, freeze > sometimes crashes machine.

Any ideas? Running on Windows 7 Pro x64.
I had no problems on W7 Ultimate x64 RC with the 0.25 build. But when I Upgraded to retail windows 0.25 did not work, neither does 0.31.4. :(

Edit:
Resolved, looked at log file, found "access denied" errors, fixed folder permissions, files wok fine, cpu and memory are much better.
