Title: Auto-Import as paused

As I discussed in this thread: https://www.altbinz.net/forum/index.php?topic=4766 (https://www.altbinz.net/forum/index.php?topic=4766) , it would be good if the auto-import function could import NZB's in a paused state.

Setup->NZB->AutoImport
