Title: Auto import on startup

I would like to request that Alt.Binz perform an auto import of nzbs from the directory specified in "Autoimport NZB files from folder" at startup in addition to polling that directory every minute.

I realise it probably just seems impatient of me, but it would save me a whole minute ;)
