Title: Autopush Shutdown

It was requested some years earlier, but not yet implemented. I'd like to have the option 'autopush shutdown'.
When there are some nzb's in my auto-import dir Altbinz should import and download them. After that, it should close the program/shutdown/sleep/hibernate.
