Displaying age in the tree view
« on: September 06, 2006, 12:09:10 pm »
I just switched from neewsleecher and I am still adjusting to the environment of alt.binz. It shows great promise :), but one thing that bugs me now is that I can't see the age of the posts until I expand the tree. When I have a list that will take me almost a month to DL, it can be pretty frustrating not to know which nzbs are close to expiration.
Can a feature be added that displays the age of the oldest post in a tree as the age of that tree?

Welcome :)

That one shouldn't be hard to implement as an option. Probably in next version (today, tommorow)

 When I asked for this the answer was that there's a problem because people always unpause, add rars, or split. It was here http://www.sens-design.nl/alt.binz/forum/viewtopic.php?t=29 What does Dandy have that I haven't got :(

BTW is this THE Dandy? Dandy from Count's Hill?

Joke aside, adding this option will be much appreciated. You say new version will be here today or tommorow? Great job. I suppose it would have all improvements we suggested on this forum implemented...? (with exception of extra-big ones like multi-server or header download)

QL :)
It is always great to watch a program evolve from it's infancy, and being able to influence that is a powerful thing.
Keep up the good work!
