Title: Download history options

Just to log these requests properly here:

1. An option to block downloading of files that are in the download history list (or at least autopause them) would help to prevent dupes from e.g. TvNZB, among other things.

2. Ability to view the download history list and perform actions on it, e.g. remove entries from list, would be nice.  Perhaps as an extenstion of the log tab?

Nr.1 Already added as an option to import as paused
Nr.2 Not possible to view cause only hash is kept. You can delete oldest or all entries by modifying number of days (0 to remove all and disable)
