Title: Flag incomplete NZBs in download queue

If I import an NZB that contains missing articles, I have to expand the collection to find this out, by looking for lines marked in pink.  I'd like to have an indicator of this situation while the collections are collapsed.

Setup-> UI #2->Change collection color in download queue on incomplete import
Setup-> UI #2->Change collection name in download queue on incomplete import

Default for both is disabled (as before)
Default prefix for name is '(Incomplete!) '

I need De, Fr, Nl translation:
