the cursor will change to the 'horizontal resize cursor' ... then resize it to your liking.

I'm quite aware of this feature and how it works. This isn't the first windows application that I've ever used...

Yes I get the <-||->, but the resizing doesn't work.

The only item that will resize - on any tab- is the "Filter subjects" dialog box.

This problem makes it impossible to do various things like select groups in the search tabs or select RSS urls on the RSS tab.

Yes.

The words Download, Cleanup, Schedule, Shutdown and Versions are cut off on the sides on the top bottons. Queue size also seems to be cut off (on the left side) at the bottom - the speed graph seems to be covering up the first character (number).

I don't know if that was what you were looking for....

Other than that (besides the issue with resizing) everything looks great.

So something is different from default in windows regarding themes/fonts/size. So I need to know what in order to reproduce it and fix it. Or you could save your current setting go back to default and try then to resize box. Or edit directly config file

have you set your windows display to 96dpi ?

if yes set it to the normal size and try to resize again, then set it back or not^^

Yes. Font size was changed from Default scale (96 DPI) to Larger scale (120 DPI). This app is being used on a HTPC so Font size is an issue (the larger the better when sitting 8 to 10 ft from the screen).

I changed the Font size back to Default and that fixed both issues (resizing and text being chopped off). I resized the group pull downs etc. while i was in Default scale. When I went back to Larger scale, the resizing was still in place and I'm now able to use those drop down boxes (resizing of course no longer works). This works for a temporary work around.

Also note that the Queue size being cut off by the speed graph was also fixed by changing font back to default. Going back to Larger scale of course screwed that up again.

Support for > 96dpi (which is what this request has now become) would be handy for running Alt.Binz under wine, too - everything's so titchy.

Toolbar buttons are fixable via language file.
