Title: Import as paused: arbitrary filetypes

Specifically the filetype that I'm never interested in downloading is *.srr so just adding that as a checkbox option under "Import as paused" would be good, but preferably what I would like is a list we could add to like the "Move to unrar folder" file list. Another filetype that is rarely useful is .sfv since verification is already done by PAR2.
