Title: import .srr as paused

I know this has been requested before (somewhere in 2009), but I would like the option to import .srr files as paused.
Since the 'unimportant files in par2 set' feature, the only thing left that I have to do manually every time, is to delete the .srr file.

I'm no programmer, but it seems to me that this is quite simple to implement.

Yes, this has been requested before, and no we don't need another thread about it - plz search.
