Importing immediately on start

At the moment Alt.Binz imports NZB files one minute (??) after starting the application. I prefer this happens immediately after starting. (yes, i'm impatient).

you could always press the nzb import button

Import via nzb button, dbl click on nzb, drag&drop nzb, wait for one minute timer to pick up nzbs for autoimport or just switch to another program if you're that impatient.
