Find me 24x24 png for button representing 'To tray' and I'll add it to main toolbar :)

Some programs do also show a fourth button in the titlebar, left to the minimize button.

Something like this:

We had a discussion in the chat about an option to change the function of the 'X' button so that it would minimize to tray, and "-" button would minimize to taskbar.  I've been sold on this idea now. :)

Good idea but then I would like to have an exit button in the toolbar.

Added option 'Minimize to tray on close'. By combining options that kind of behaviour can be achived.
