Title: Monitor folder for NZBs / Auto load

I'm usually away from my server which runs altbinz and I want to be able to give it nzbs to download. Could we specify a directory that altbinz can monitor for NZBs, and if it finds one it can download it to the default location.

already implemented

check settings > NZB > Autoimport form folder
